I worked at Primark as a retail assistant, where I gained lots of practical experience. I communicated clearly with customers, making sure all their questions were answered. I worked at the tills handling cash and card transactions whilst remaining calm and patient. I also made sure the shop floor remained tidy, organised at all times, and worked with the team to make sure customers had a positive shopping experience.
