Hibaq Abikar

My name is Hibaq and I am a Phlebotomist. Training as a phlebotomist during my Synnovis course has given me a fascinating insight into a front-line medical care setting. As I am now a qualified phlebotomist, I am excited to apply for a full-time position with you.

I am a caring and meticulous phlebotomist, with an interest in venepuncture and a passion for patient care. My training has helped me to understand the broader medical needs of each patient and I always aim for my role to suit their situation.

I pride myself on my organizational skills and have performed blood tests in a wide variety of clinical settings and for adult patients of all ages. Although I may not have extensive experience , I have worked with senior phlebotomists and I seek to improve my knowledge whenever possible.

I have completed a course in Venepuncture where I was fortunate to experience firsthand how to draw blood and collect and label specimens.
