As my role is customer-facing, this experience has equipped me with the ability to build strong client relationships, whether these are are small projects of $20K ARR or $500K+ ARR projects with clients that are leaders in their respective industries, evidenced by an average project health score of 90%, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
