I’m an MSc Psychology graduate from the University of Exeter with a strong interest in mental health, wellbeing, and understanding human behaviour in real-world contexts. My research project was a quantitative study exploring affective forecasting and the Foreign Language Effect, where I designed the study, managed data collection, and conducted statistical analysis using SPSS. My academic journey into psychology was driven by curiosity about human experience and a desire to contribute to work that supports individuals and communities in meaningful, practical ways.
Alongside my academic training, I bring professional experience from regulated and people-centred environments, including roles as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer and Team Leader within the medical devices sector, as well as guest-facing roles in hospitality and service. These experiences have shaped my ability to work calmly under pressure, communicate with empathy, manage sensitive information responsibly, and collaborate effectively across teams.
I’m particularly interested in roles related to mental health support, student wellbeing, research, project coordination, and people-focused services, especially within education, healthcare-adjacent, public sector, or purpose-driven organisations. I value environments that prioritise inclusion, integrity, and evidence-informed practice.
Psychology graduate with hands-on experience across mental wellbeing, healthcare manufacturing, food production, and customer service environments. Experienced in fast-paced, high-responsibility roles including Quality Assurance, Team Leadership, and operations support within regulated production settings. Passionate about mental health, wellbeing, and human behaviour, with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a calm, resilient approach to work.
Committed to supporting people, maintaining high standards, and contributing to organisations that prioritise health, care, and wellbeing.
