I have worked in the veterinary industry for 3 years. I am proficient in most computer applications including Windows, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. I have also used systems like VetIT, Merlin and RxWorks.
I have a background in customer services which allows me to develop my communication skills. I have also worked in different capacities in the veterinary industry, such includes patient care, reception work and maintaining hygiene within the practice. I have worked in demanding environments and have been able to resolve any problems with the help of team members and on my own.
I am also a proactive person; I can show initiative and empathy. I can also priorities workloads and keep a level head in busy periods. In my spare time I enjoy swimming and going to the gym, as this keeps my mind and body active.
I also love socializing with friends and relaxing with my 2 cats.
