I am a positive, happy person and dedicated when it comes to my work. Supporting the children in their development and ensuring they are in calming and happy environment is what I aim for. I work well in a team environment and ensure every child's needs are met, as well as building those partnerships with Parents.

Nursery Manager at Little Me day Nursery (2020-09 – Present)

I started at Little Me Day Nursery in September 2020 as a Nursery Practitioner; I then worked my way up from a Baby Room Lead, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, and then took over as the Manager in June 2025. I am currently a DSL of the nursery and have positive relationships with staff, parents, and children. I am up to date with the EYFS and statutory framework, which is implemented in the nursery. I am a positive person and ensure positivity is spread throughout the nursery.

Practitioner / Baby Room Lead / Third in Charge / Deputy Manager at The grange (Thatcham day nursery) Bright Horizons (2012-09 – 2020-08)

I started the Grange in 2012 while completing my NVQ Level 3. I then worked my way up from a Practitioner, Baby Room Lead, third in charge, to a room-based Deputy Manager. I was part of the nursery when we received an outstanding rating from Ofsted, which was a big achievement in my career, and I received a parent partnership award. I also completed my Level 2 Autisum and Level 2 in mental health, during my time at the nursery.

Cafe Supervisor at Munchies (2010-07 – 2012-09)

When finishing school, I worked part-time in a café while attending Newbury College to complete my NVQ Level 3. I worked here for just over two years and was responsible for running the shop every Sunday and when the owner/manager was on annual leave.
