Hi,

I'm Holly, 21 years old from South West London.

I have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service. I'm a creative person and love making beautiful latte art.

I have over a year and a half's experience working in hospitality and always ensure I provide excellent customer service with a smile! :)

I have over a year and a half's experience working in a cafe, where i was fully trained to be a Barista. I later trained to be a shift leader where i had further responsibilities such as opening and closing the shop, cashing up at the end of the day and ensuring a smooth running of the cafe.

I think it's very important to provide great customer service in this industry and this is something i was highly praised on in my last job.

I have an Art foundation, which I completed during Covid. I'm a very creative person and love the challenge of creating something exciting.

I also took Business, Art and History at A level.
