Holly Jones-Fuller

Im a super committed and hardworking person who is willing to going above and beyond in order to help people and do a good job. i love meting new people and learning new things i am open to new ideas and ways of doing things and am aware that mt way isn't always the right way which means i am wiling to learn from both other people and my mistakes in order to do better and have a better working ability and ethic. i am a great people person and am always prepared to up my experience to benefit and enhance my knowledge which i have already been working on by volunteering in pe classes leading sessions and creating lesson plans. i also coached many after school clubs increasing participation and teamwork amongst all year groups. i have also had experience in primary schools and am a juniors cricket coach which gives me a range of knowledge and experience which could be applied to any type of task.

i have a wide range of experience in different fields, for example selling products, cleaning, coaching and teaching. through the different experiences i have had i have been able to build a goo knowledge and confidence especially with the selling and the teaching as you need to have a god level of background knowledge in order to help the students and children build their own skill. if you do not have enough background knowledge and confidence people will not trust you as much and ask you for hep as they will not believe you will be able to help them. i have also been able to plan lessons and adapt sessions and skills through this knowledge which boosts participation and what they learn in the sessions.

i have completed my gcses and went on to do a ctec year in sort science and then continued my knowledge of both sport science and business studies completing 2 years of single and double sports and business studies level 3 btecs alongside being mentored in the pe department and being taught how to teach before i go to uni
