Holly Lane

I enjoy working with people and being apart of a team, I love to help others, I believe I can offer understanding, compassion, patience, care and respect for people’s individual needs. In my most recent position where I work with children it has helped gain more skills with teamwork, creativity, flexibly and problem solving, I also have a good knowledge of safeguarding issues and procedures as I have done numerous online learning modules on educare.

whilst at school I did work placements within the hospital setting, I left school and started to study as a nurse and had work placements in many different hospital places such as a gynaecology ward, however became pregnant and I decided to bring up my children.

now my children have grown up I am wanting to pursue my dream in helping others.

i have just left my most current job as a teaching assistant, where working with children, i have completed my first aid and done many different educare courses ( GDPR, Safeguarding, FGM are some).

i have also done some autism training.

i am currently waiting for all checks to complete to do volunteering with Saint Johns Ambulance Service.
