Enthusiastic and eager to gain work experience and new transferrable skills. Through my sporting experience, playing for football, basketball and currently netball teams, I believe I am a great team player and enjoy working with others. I developed transferrable leadership skills due to me being sports captain at my previous 3 schools and leading clubs.
I am looking to share and develop my skills. I want to use my positive and helpful personality to fulfil and satisfy customers' needs whilst driving sales with my communication skills.
Bartender - Xmas Temp - The Roebuck Inn Wetherspoons

Worked as a bartender in a fast-paced Wetherspoons pub, serving high volumes of drinks while delivering efficient customer service. Managed online and app-based orders, ran drinks to tables, handled cash and card transactions, and supported closing duties including cleaning and restocking. Maintained high standards of cleanliness, teamwork, and responsible alcohol service during busy festive periods.
Bartender - Olton Golf Club

As a bartender at Olton Golf Club, I prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service to members and guests. At Constellation I have had the opportunity to work as beer pourer, catering assistant, waiting staff, retail, bar and more. I learnt skills such as being serving thousands of people in a matter of hours and working behind the toll, whilst pouring drinks under pressure and chaos of stadiums, arenas and more. I also learnt more about food safety and hygiene when working with food and how to lay out and prepare a table.

At Mint I have had the opportunity to work as waiting staff, retail, bar and more. I learnt skills such as being responsible for my own tables, remembering food allergens and dietary requirements, clearing and cleaning tables, preparing areas for service and working behind a bar serving drinks in a loud and busy environment.
Multiple Positions - Gravity Active Entertainment

At Gravity I have learnt a range of new skills as I was able to work at different job positions every day. From working behind the tills where I learnt to use the cash register, memorised all the pricing, how to use the computers and tablets and providing customers with their needs, to working on the actual trampoline park where I had to stay attentive assuring that all the customers were being safe and abiding by the rules that they would've listened and watched in safety briefing which is another position I worked in making sure all customers had seen the video and done their warm ups, with them all confirming they understand the rules. Finally, at Gravity I have also worked at café where I have learnt all about health and safety working with food and have taken orders and served them and wiped down tables and floors during very busy times.

Whilst working with the cleaning service, be at ease, I have built on my attention to detail and endurance. I organised my time and workload well and kept calm and stayed patient when I felt overwhelmed.
In-Person Work Experience - Kainos

Over the 3 days I learnt about the careers in tech, I worked in a team to code a website from scratch using html and css and presented it infront of others. I used leadership. Problem-solving. Creativity and attentive skills.
I kept optimistic when the code went wrong and discussed with my team a solution, I also completed a virtual work experience in February 2023, where I took a dive into Data, AI and beyond. I had a demo with some tools and techniques to do with AI and spoke with data analysts and scientists, expanding my knowledge and skills.
