Worked in a busy dessert and drinks shop, progressing into shift-leader responsibilities. Duties included serving customers face-to-face and on the till, preparing drinks and food, using online systems and documentation, cleaning and closing the shop, and supporting the manager. The role strengthened my customer service, multitasking, leadership and time-management skills.
