Hope Eke is an ICT Professional and Business Analyst. She holds an MSc degree in Information Technology and Business from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh United Kingdom and BSc in Computer Science from EBSU. Hope delivers Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services to the Sport & Leisure, Oil & Gas sectors, and other sectors. Graduate student member Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and Cyber-Physical Systems Virtual Organization (CPS-VO).

She is currently engaged in research study in cyber security, with the aim of investigating Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) attack detection and developing multi-stage APT attack lifecycle models that will accurately detect APT attacks at the earliest possible stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides administrative and technical support/configuration for all Company departments with regard to the
- Leisure Management Information System and infrastructure
- General ICT Application Support
Ensure the effective management and utilization of the financial resources available within the team, in line with the Companies financial regulations and the key funding partners accounting processes. Ensure that budgets are adhered to, and that Best Value is achieved through suitable financial monitoring procedures.

Assist Senior Business Service Manager and ICT Manager in the maintenance of the Company’s ICT asset database and contingency plans.
Also provides general administrative support across the company.
Responds to queries and information requests from members of the public and staff.
Assist in the collation and analysis of statistical information using a variety of software applications solutions including Microsoft packages, the XN Leisure Management Information System and Cascade 3D pivot tables, OnCourse, Excel, Access, MySQL Management Console, Leisure Hub, etc.
Assists in the promotion of Sport Aberdeen facilities and services.
Remotely supporting staffs and service user as 1st and 2nd line point of contact on the telephone or face to face, for customers, visitors and other professionals for the company and Venue visit 22 Site (6 Pools, 4 Golf Course and 12 Sports Centers).
