Work Experience - Northern Trains Ltd

During my placement with Northern Trains I developed confidence working in a professional environment. I observed how teams work together to complete tasks safely and efficiently. I also gained hands-on experience helping with basic assembly and disassembly tasks while learning the importance of organisation, communication and following instructions.

Practical Learning - Trafford College Engineering Department

While studying at college I regularly complete practical tasks in a workshop environment. This has helped me develop strong teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills. I follow instructions carefully, complete tasks responsibly and work cooperatively with classmates and tutors.

Cashier / Retail and Sales assistant - Family Business

I have gained long-term experience helping in my family business where I worked as a cashier and retail sales assistant. My responsibilities included serving customers, handling payments at the till, organising products and assisting customers with questions about items. This experience helps me develop strong customer service skills, confidence when speaking with people and the ability to work responsibly when handling money.
