With experience of working in the hospitality industry and food packaging, I have a good knowledge of food, hygiene and health and safety in these areas. I am used to working in a fast-paced kitchen preparing fresh foods and cooking meals for a busy restaurant. As a chef, I also have experience of stock taking and ordering as well as managing a small team of three people.
I have good communication skills and speak 3 languages. I am willing to learn new things and enjoy the challenge of a new situation. I am looking for an opportunity to continue my development in the catering industry and believe my experience will be of great benefit to any business.

Heading up a small team in a busy and popular restaurant. Preparing fresh food and meats and cooking dishes on time and to a high quality. Organising the kitchen, making sure it was clean and safe, taking stock and ordering, making sure the food hygiene and health and safety rules were followed. Preparing the menu for the week. Cleaning down at the end of service.
