Hugo Thomas

I am currently studying Law at Newcastle entering my third year this September. My study at university and in my work placements (at law firms such as Irwin Mitchell and Kennedys) have demonstrated my ability to work well under pressure, manage my workload effectively, and perform both as an individual and as part of a team.

I am local to the Putney area and have visited Jungle Rumble before, it would be a privilege to work for such an establishment and I would take great pride in knowing I work for a fantastic company and one which I have positively experienced before.

Until recently I was a member of “At Your Service” a leading supplier of hospitality and catering for events.

I have already mentioned my past work experience however, I also worked part-time for Trinity Claims ltd as a legal admin assistant for 3 months over Christmas before leaving to return to university.

I have also done much informal experience in the hospitality sector such as catering for family friend parties and also working with children as a tutor and nanny.

My time at university studying law has allowed me to develop as a person. it has provided me with the skills to effectively concentrate and put my mind to tasks at hand.

Further to this I took part in my university client interviewing competition which further evolved my people skills and ability to communicate with clients. I believe this can be transferred to the world of hospitality and my grades at A level (A*AA) demonstrated my ability to cope with pressure
