As a retail assistant, I provided excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. My role involved assisting customers, handling transactions, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store remained tidy and well-presented. I also worked as part of a team to manage stock, organise displays, and maintain an efficient workflow which maintains the store's visual standards.
This training has helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering a positive shopping experience. At Primark, it is important that I work closely with other team members to meet the daily sales and customer service goals. Working closely with colleagues will also ensure support when needed.
Waitress - The Birmingham Hotel: The Golden Suite
