• Establish a new ERM process and roll-out across the company, linked to strategy (develop procedure, establish risk registers, develop RAID reporting for key projects, develop Senior Leadership Team reporting etc)
• Review all internal compliance processes, presenting opinions and findings in a clear and concise manner to both our Finance and Operational directors
• Develop, implement, and embed compliance procedures into the business, defining new processes

• Manage the ERM process and Compliance process for Gas Tx, providing guidance, oversight and challenge on the risks it faces and how best to manage these risks, and on its compliance obligations and how nest to demonstrate compliance (My Obligations List – MOL)
• Manage on behalf of Gas Transmission, the annual ISO 22301, 9001, 55001 & external accreditation audits, including the transition from 2008 standards to 2015
