Ian Molyneux

Internationally skilled General Counsel with 30 years’ experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector. I bring an ideal blend of perspectives having worked for large, publicly listed corporations with global footprints and entrepreneurial private equity backed entities. I have been exposed to a vast array of legal matters and has also been responsible for Compliance, Human Resources, Environmental Health and Safety and Communications functions.

The core running through my experience is M&A covering both the disposal and acquisition of businesses. I have worked at Board level, interacted with shareholders and investors and have been an integral part of Executive leadership teams. This combination of legal, management and business experience brings a unique approach and skill set.

I see the law as an enabler, not a blocker and am always looking for solutions and ways to achieve business goals.

Until Sept 2021 I was General Counsel and Company Secretary to the Doncasters Group since when I have been working on interim roles through my Consultancy company Molyneux GCS Limited.
