Private Chef / House Manager at UHNW family (2025-08 – 2026-07)
My position here was mainly house manager with the exemption of cooking dinner for the whole family 2 adults and 2 children aged 11-14. Main duties were to handle all orders and returns. Contact engineers or workers as and when required, all swimming pool maintenance, house, car and minor indoor repairs I would look after them all myself.
Also make sure the nannies and cleaners were performing accordingly to the very busy schedules both the adults and children had. Lastly I would travel would them visiting Mozambique, France, Switzerland, Greece and also work in there various properties in the UK.
Private Chef at UHNW family (2022-07 – 2025-08)
My role here is a perminant position looking after there kitchens in 2-3 locations over the uk, working 50 hours per week my main roles are to cook lunch and dinner and leave breakfast for the principles to help themselves. They do like to host parties and cater for upto 50-75 depending on what they are hosting that week. When they are out of london I travel seperately to there destination and prepare the kitchen in advance for there arrival.
Working with the family for nearly 2 years has gained me a lot of knowledge on dealing with gluten free, sugar free, and low carb diet programs. And also extensive knowledge on sourcing the best ingredients locally
Private Chef at Laverstoke Park farm (2021-03 – 2022-07)
My position here was on a contract bases looking after mr shecktar and his family at his residence in laverstoke park. Would host dinner parties and outside bbqs for upto 250 people on a weekly basis.
Owner at The Pantry restaurant (2018-11 – 2021-03)
As my own and first business based up in the north east, I can say the last 3 years has been a real challenge but yet very rewarding. I feel the experience and knowledge you gain owning something of your own is invaluable and also allows me pursue other dreams in the kitchen. The Restaurant currently holds around 28 people and is a high-end bistro serving your classic French, Mediterranean style comfort foods.
Private Chef / Head Chef at Baron Steven Bentinck (2016-06 – 2018-10)
Working for Baron Steven Bentinck for the following venues in Switzerland, Greece and Spain. All venues controlled from main kitchen in Alpenrosli, Kloster's Switzerland. Brigade 8 chefs split over 3 kitchens (2 Switzerland/ 1 Spain) and the yacht when hired.
Chef at Arbutus Restaurant (2014-07 – 2016-06)
In this wonderful 1 Michelin star restaurant, my role was to provide the garnish for the meat and fish sections comprising of 6 different dishes all made at the beginning of each service, all made to the highest specification and extremely well cooked ingriedients.
Agency Chef at Savoy Hotel (2012-08 – 2014-07)
Working as an agency chef, my main role was to aid with the catering of banquets and conferences for 2,000 to 3,000 people daily.
Sous Chef at J Sheekay / The Ivy Group (2010-09 – 2012-08)
J Sheekay is one of London's finest seafood restaurants and my main duties as Sous Chef were to ensure the smooth running of the kitchens catering for up to 500 plus customers per day. I specialised in preparing a vast range of seafood and shellfish to a incredibly high standard.
Chef at The Embassy (2009-07 – 2010-09)
This was a 80 seater fine dining restaurant with a modern British and European theme. It had 2aa rosettes and I designed bespoke menus for high profile celebrities. We had banquetting, buffet and canape events catering for over 500 people
