• Head of UK Credit Risk (Credit Risk Portfolio circa £6.0bn covering Wholesale, Fleet and Retail lending) Independent Credit Authority limit £25m , joint with CEO £50m. 
• Member of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Appointed Representative Committee and Credit Committees
• SMF 3 holder responsible for the conduct and commercial performance of the AR covering all UK collections activity.
• Identifying and coach candidates with Executive Leadership potential 
• Delivering record business/portfolio growth through improved service and process standards
• Representing MBFS UK at European & World forums 
• Maintaining third party service provider relationships 
• Sponsorship of key business priorities 
• Determining & implementing Credit Policy 
• Ensuring compliance to Credit Risk Audit standards 
• Drive Process and System Developments/enhancements. 
• Meeting externally scored Service Standards (DSI/CSI) 
• Headcount of Circa 72 (2 x Heads Off)
• Project sponsor for major IT implementations & Regulatory projects including major strategic change & outsourcing.
• Enhance Company Recruitment and development standards & developing top talent initiatives. 
• Responsible for all UK Scorecard activity implementing changes to balance risk and business growth.
• Responsible for all High-Risk activity around large scale accounts / Dealer funding ensuring cross functional/Company coordination.
