I am an experienced First Contact Physiotherapist and Joint Injection Therapist with a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning, committed to empowering patients, supporting recovery, and delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care. With advanced clinical skills and a patient-centered approach, I enable timely access to MSK assessment and management in primary care settings.

I bring a strong blend of hands-on experience and evidence-based practice, with a focus on encouraging self-management and optimizing outcomes. My joint injection skills complement conservative care pathways and reduce the need for secondary referrals.

I am now seeking new challenges in MSK across private outpatient clinics, GP surgeries, and the NHS, where I can continue to contribute to effective multidisciplinary teams and improve patient journeys through timely, expert intervention.
