• Support and assist in involvement of children/ young people, and their families/carers, who are en=gaged in service delivered by CAMHS
• Develop and introduce patient participation in own care as well as service development
• Be the first point of contact for queries from clinicians, families, carers voice to be heard within a participatory model, under the direction of management and Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Regularly review and update the information provided to children, young people and families/carers to ensure it is appropriate and useful for these group, in conjunction with the groups concerned
• Assisting with ADL, in line with person centred care plan and completing risk assessment as needed
• Encourage health dietary and fluid intake and recorded accurately
• Taking vital signs as instructed by MDT and RMN
• Facilitating Sec 17 / Informal community leave
• Encouraged young people to attend education

• Help to manage the care home within the terms of the CQC requirements, apply the philosophy of the care home with in its Policies and Procedures structure and carry out such duties in full consultation with the manager

• Monitoring patients and to be aware of needs each patient physical, psychological, social spiritual and sexual needs
