I have been trained to use excel, teams, word, publisher, and PDF. I have been trained to communicate through the phones and face to face to all different age groups. I have been trained to work in reception as cover for our receptionist for over 6 months now.

I have been handling and actioning registers for the training that goes on in our department. I have gained a lot of social confidence this past year and have become quite extrovert in a sense that I love to talk to others and try my best to help wherever I can.
