Imogen Howard

I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual who takes pride in helping others. I have excellent organisation and time management skills with a friendly disposition. I have previous customer service experience from my time volunteering in Oxfam charity shop where I worked as a Customer Assistant.

I have recently finished my secondary school education at Langley Park School for Girls and from September I will be studying Psychology, Business Studies and Media A-Levels at Langley Park Boys Sixth Form. I am a diligent and determined student who aims to achieve the best in everything I do. I have a passion for retail and with my excellent communication and customer service skills I am looking for a position where I can use these skills.

Helping to clean a local church - Coney Hall Baptist Church

Once every week since May 2024 I help clean Coney Hall Baptist Church. This has taught me the importance of cleanliness and hygiene as well as resilience, attention to detail, punctuality and time management skills.

Customer Assistant - Oxfam - West Wickham For part of my Duke of Edinburgh award I volunteered at Oxfam in West Wickham for 7 months. From this I have gained experience with using a till, customer service, pricing and sorting stock, stocking shelves and teamwork. It has helped my ability to work under pressure, be patient, be culturally aware and to work as a part of a team.

Work experience- child-minding - Previous child-minder

As a part of my schools’ careers program, I completed a week of work experience in May 2025. I chose to do my work experience with my previous child-minder. During this week I learnt many valuable skills such as planning a day’s activities, interacting with children and adults, communicating in an engaging way and doing activities that support the development of young children.
