I am a young student in education and recently completed my GCSE's. I am looking to broaden my experiences in hope to expand my knowledge and experiences. I am organised and a hard worker individually and when put into a team.

I am able to communicate well and can learn new tasks quickly and adapt efficiently. I have a strong background in encouraging teamwork and I am able to support customers with their needs and decision making. I am really self motivated and always have the desire to improve on my work

In this role, I was taught how to maintain child safety and security during classroom and outdoor activities. I was also given the opportunity to understand how to be patient with the children so the child and parent can be fully satisfied with the care they were receiving. I had to organise the classroom to ensure a positive, motivating and encouraging mindset for the young children, making sure distractions were minimum.

Business Owner - Henna

I have my own business called @hennabyinayah_ on TikTok and Instagram. Having this business taught me how to communicate efficiently with my clients to make sure they receive what they want. This also taught me how to organise my time well to plan out bookings, ensuring no overlaps and creating enough time to give my clients the best outcome.

This business also helped to develop my patience as I communicate with the client, understanding what design they would like, and also helped me to develop my creativity as I come up with new designs for my clients. This business also helped to improve my attention to detail, as every design I have done required precision and detail.
