I am a dedicated childcare professional with over 25 years of experience supporting families and caring for children, from newborns to 13 years old. My focus and passion lie in working with babies, helping families create calm, nurturing environments by establishing gentle routines, introducing weaning, and fostering healthy sleep patterns. My journey began as a professional nanny, caring for large families and twins, followed by roles as a Montessori Teacher Assistant and a Learning Support Assistant for children with Down Syndrome.

I later qualified as a Maternity Nurse (postnatal), specializing in newborn care and providing parents with the guidance they need during the early months. As a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I now support families struggling with sleep challenges, offering compassionate, practical solutions to help babies thrive. Additionally, my background as a Swimming Coach for children and babies has allowed me to encourage physical confidence and competence from an early age, blending care with developmental support.

Worked with a 7 month old baby who was struggling with severe silent reflux. The baby had difficulty sleeping, feeding, and settling. Through close observation, gentle care, and consistent adjustments, we identified and addressed the root cause.

The baby became much more settled, sleeping and feeding well. I also supported the mum through the transition from exclusive breastfeeding to full bottle feeding, as she was returning to work, helping make the process smooth and stress free for both mum and baby.
