I have done a lot of work experience in different nurseries, completed level 2 child care and wanting to do level 3. I have worked with difficult children and EAL (english as a second language)children as well children with barriers and different needs to be met. Also I have worked with children who are slower at learning and passing certain milestones quickly and moving on to the next stage.

By doing so we pave the way so we know what to expect and if needed giving them one-to-ones. By writing reports on the children it shows us what their strengths and weaknesses are and how to change the weakness into their strengths.

I have done a lot of volunteering and work placements over the years. I did 3 years in different nurseries and about 6 to 7 months in a creche which has increased my knowledge about what children need to do learn at each stage of their development.

I have currently passed my Functional skills english level 2 in 2023 and did a couple of other course such as health and social care level 2 and teaching assistant level 1.
