Peer mentor In this role I was responsible to create a postivite learning environment for students that struggle with acedemic retention. This would be achieved through fun activities, such maths mini games, that allowed for learning being engaging and fun. From this, I have learnt how to be patient when adressing others and how to lead with compassion.
I have volunteered at a library, where my main role was to organise and catagorise books by genre and age group. In this eperience, I have gained the ability to be attentive when carrying out tasks and have learnt to follow instructions clearly and efficiently.
I have assisted my mother with cleaning religious centres. In this position I would disinfect surfaces and organise materials. Within this role, I had to be hardworking and diligent so that I can produce a satisfactory job and allowed me to work my hardest.
This experience consits of producing and selling crochet bags and animals. This job required me to be conscious of how I spent my cash so that I can regain my investment and make a profit. Moreover, due the nature of crochet being time consuming, I had to learn how to organise my time when going through full time eduaction and upkeeping my smaill business.
