I led core Scrum activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint demos, story grooming, and release planning.​

I also coordinate retrospectives using tools such as Kanban boards and Scrum boards. I lead team training and time blocking, as well as establish best practices and processes. My role also includes managing 5+ cross-functional and cross-cultural teams of developers, testers, and data managers for end-to-end delivery lifecycle management.

I establish project plans and JIRA roadmaps, determine scope, and head collaboration with diverse range of stakeholders including products owners, other internal teams, and external 3rd parties to drive projects.
