This role was created to support the Operations and Compliance Manager. It consisted in, but not limited to:
Local trainer and recruitment administrator in the last mile delivery industry. Responsabilities:
Customer service representative via phone, email or chat support, as the role evolved over the years.
During the univerisity years I went to the United Stated with a Work and Travel program, which grants students the opportunity to work seasonal jobs in the summer in a different cultural and professional environment, learning new skills, practicing the English language and learning to become an independent person.
