I am a motivated and reliable Sports Science university student with a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). Alongside my studies, I have gained valuable customer service experience working on reception, where I developed strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills while providing a friendly and professional service to visitors. I work well under pressure, remain calm in challenging situations, and take pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment.

I am a responsible team player with a positive attitude and am eager to apply my lifeguarding and customer service skills in a professional role while continuing to develop within the sports and leisure industry.

LIFEGUARD at Better GLL (2023-11 – Present)

• Ensured the safety of swimmers and facility users by maintaining constant vigilance and following pool safety procedures.
• Responded calmly and effectively to incidents, administering first aid and emergency action when required.
• Enforced pool rules in a clear and professional manner to prevent accidents and promote a safe environment.
