I am a proactive, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, who has just completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at the University of Southampton. I am eager to utilise my background in psychology and my passion for supporting others in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a robust skill set in communication, problem-solving and effective teamwork. These competencies alongside my strong interpersonal skills, organisational abilities, and a deep understanding of human behaviour position me well to contribute effectively to a HR role.
My previous roles have equipped me with practical experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering a supportive work environment. My volunteer work has honed my ability to support and empathise with diverse groups, a skill set that will be valuable to an HR position.
I am particularly passionate about employee development, and I am eager to bring my enthusiasm and commitment to providing continuous improvement. I look forward to contributing to a dynamic team and developing further the theoretical and practical knowledge I have gained during my degree and work experiences to help drive the success of an organisation.
