Isabella Huckerby

Interior architecture graduate with a strong focus on interior design and adaptive reuse. Drawn to existing buildings and the stories embedded within their materials, I am particularly interested in repurposing old structures through clear, contemporary interventions that remain materially honest rather than imitating the past. Alongside studio work, I have gained practice experience supporting concept development, attending client meetings and site visits, and producing presentation and material boards.

I enjoy working with materials and finishes to create interiors that balance atmosphere, function, and context, and I am keen to develop within a collaborative interior design studio that values thoughtful reuse and narrative-led design.

• 5 years' hospitality and customer service experience, working in fast-paced environments including pubs, hotels, ticket sales and retail.
• Bar Supervisor in multiple pubs/ bars in the north, responsible for team leadership, customer service, cash handling and daily operations.
• Worked in hotel reception, ticket sales and retail, building strong communication, sales and customer service skills.
