I am 18 years old and have just finished my A-levels with a strong desire and aspiration to start working and beginning my career in hospitality. I am a friendly, happy and sociable person and thrive when I am able to connect and converse with a range of people as I work. Served drinks and meals to around 50 customers per shift, memorising a variety of menu items, both food and drinks, to aid recommendations for different customers. Always aiming for 100% customer satisfaction with warm greetings and polite treatment for new and returning guests to help develop a lasting relationship, as well as maintaining and enforcing strict cleanliness to ensure both employee and customer safety, and maximize their comfort. I was always prompt and punctual to every shift in the correct attire and ready for shifts that lasted for extensive durations of time.
When I partook in the opening and closing of the restaurant, I was persistently ensuring that everything is in order for the day and managing any issues that may interfere with the running of service.

Originally taken as a Christmas temp job, I found a love for customer service and stayed for another couple of months to learn more about the industry and explore my customer service skills. I ensured all products were kept to the highest degree, focusing on merchandise, cleanliness and overall customer satisfaction. I was always patient with customer complaints and ensured they only positively shopped experiences were on whilst I was on shift.
Not only did I focus on the enjoyment of the customer, but of my fellow team members too, by helping them out during busy times, sticking to things for starts and breaks, and maintaining a cheerful and happy decorum at all times.
