I am a Reliable, friendly and hardworking Customer service Professional who masters new concepts and skills quickly. I'm Passionate about helping customer and creating satisfying experiences by using my experience within the retail industry as-well as hospitality. I love to use my own knowledge that I have gained through my studies in textiles to guide customers to the most appropriate garment to suit their needs.

By providing information around fabric properties, how will need to treat their garments and what the clothing will provide for them. Also by studying fashion at the University Of Manchester I am consistently keeping a check on all the latest fashion trends, fads and what customers are wanting. I also have a business head that motivates me to successfully contribute to a company's profits by improving my own and the teams effectiveness and productivity.

I have had experience in two industries. One being hospitality, where I learnt my customer service and health and safety training. This experience was from working as a Barista/waitress in the Caffe located in my home town Warwick called 'Warwick Tea rooms".

The other was working in retail as a sales advisor for New Look, I worked in new look right up until coming to University and I was there for around 3 years. This gave me knowledge on what its like to work on shop floor and what store mangers expect from you. But also I gave me practical skills such as how to professionally fold clothing, hang clothes up and how to work the tills such as returned and discounts.
