I am a hardworking and approachable college student with experience volunteering in a busy charity shop. Facilitated communication between volunteer staff to carry out tasks. Used relationship-building skills to work effectively with colleagues and managers. Built positive and productive client relationships. This enabled me to contribute to the organisation and running of the service and assist customers by providing a helpful and friendly service.
