In my previous role as Train Presentation I had to answer customer queries about train times, delays and service disruption. I always had to deliver excellent customer service and make sure that passengers left the station satisfied. In my role as customer assistant at London Overground, I had to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
During times I had to work under pressure especially during disruptions and working sometimes on my own meant I had to deal with all the issues. This was always resolved by being able to work under pressure
