About

I am a motivated and enthusiastic student currently studying Fashion and Textiles at level 3, attending college three days a week and currently completing my Final Major Project. I have a strong passion for creativity and a clear ambition for pursuing a career within the fashion industry. Through my studies, I have developed key skills such as attention to detail, time management, organisation and the ability to work both creatively and practically on a range of projects.

I am a confident and friendly individual who enjoys meeting new people and working as part of a team, I can also work well independently. My involvement in school sports, including representing my school in both football and netball and attending a national netball tournament, has helped me develop strong teamwork, communication and resilience. I am also highly sociable and approachable, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of people.

I have gained valuable experience supporting a primary school teacher, delivering lessons and working with younger children. I completed a leadership course in secondary school, where I planned and delivered a PE lesson to a visiting primary class that was voted the best by the group. I have upcoming work experience in a costume design setting, which I am eager to use as an opportunity to learn more about the fashion industry and develop practical workplace skills.

I am a reliable, hardworking and dedicated individual who is keen to learn, take on new challenges and grow both personally and professionally.

Sports Leader at Shenley Brook End school (2023-05 – Present)

For my GCSE course I aided a primary school class to deliver a PE lesson. My communication and leadership skills were used very well in that task and to show for my hard work I achieved a distinction as my grade.

Prepared range of written communications, documents, and reports
Collaborated with team members to achieve target results
Met schedule using excellent planning and coordination skills
Working Skills included: Problem-solving, Time management, Leadership, Team building, Communication skills, public relations, and Education
The young kids I was teaching were responsive and interested in what I was teaching them, which meant my planning for the classes was at a good level
