I am an outgoing, determined and respectful person. I present myself in a polite and professional manner, and when it comes to helping people my vibrant, enthusiastic personality shines through. Due to my responsible and approachable outlook, I was selected for a prefect role during my final two years in school, and I've consistently helped younger pupils when they're in need.

As a friendly and supportive person, I will help customers well and deliver a first class service. I am a very hardworking person and always complete tasks to the best of my ability. Organisation is one of my strengths and this, along with a high work ethic, ensures my work is completed to a high standard and with increased productivity.

Throughout this job I have learnt patience, communication and hard work. On a regular shift I have to observe clinics which patients will attend for that particular day and once patients arrive, I must confirm their details, check them in for their appointment and direct them to where their appointment will take place. I have learnt the immense importance of patient-confidentiality and that I can assist patients in a professional manner while maintaining a friendly personality.

Throughout my 2 years in this volunteering position I have learned leadership skills, creativity and responsibility. On a weekly basis I would give instructions clearly, work with the children on tasks and would help the other leaders with setting out equipment, clearing up and making the activities as fun as possible for the girls. The time volunteering as a young leader has improved my communication and my ability to work with young people.

I have found this experience invaluable and will take these skills learnt forward into the workplace.
