I am 20 years old and currently studying in my final year of Fine Art (BA Hons) at the University of Sunderland. I have 5 years of experience working in busy, independent café settings.

My daily work included: preparing and serving coffee, making, and serving food, taking orders and all routine cleaning duties both within the front of house and kitchen. Additionally, I developed a good understanding of how to provide positive customer service with a keen eye for the intricate details to ensure the best experience for all customers. Furthermore, I have found that my time management skills and ability to think creatively and quickly have developed well due to my earlier experience and areas of academic study.
