I was working with the organisation Fibretx Ltd for a while from the 6th June 2022 till 21st August 2023. The reason I left the organisation was to give my full attention to my exams. During my time with the organisation, I used my skills that I learned in college to improve my skills whether it was inputting data or speaking to customers.
Something I'm very passionate about is speaking to customers and answering phone calls confidently. I am able to do numerous tasks at a time. I can also ensure you that all tasks which are given to me will be completed to the best quality. If any improvements need to be made, they will be rectified straight away.
I did work placement at Park Lane College from the 27th February till the 29th February 2024. My mentor Tara Marshall and her colleagues to me about creating different website campaigns. From completing the days at Park Lane College I had made a giant improvement on my digital, creative and communication skills. I would definitely recommend Park Lane College for anyone who needs to do work placement.
