• Visited sites and liaised with potential buyers
• Conducted market research on potential acquisitions using comparable analysis which could then be presented to clients

• Visited recently bought sites and measured floor plans
• Made up brochures for investors with the relevant information
• Sat in on meetings regarding new potential transactions, strategy and appraisal
