I am a motivated upbeat person who enjoys helping others and keeping busy. I can take instructions and carry them out to a high standard, and I work very well under pressure. I am currently self-employed cleaner who specialises in air b&b cleans but has done end of tenancy and domestic as well.
I deal with my own rotas, hours, and schedules to maintain best workflow and stay on schedule. I do every property differently based on the wants and need of the customers and what type of clean it may be. I'm currently based in bath as most of my clients are in the centre of bath/the abbey but I'm available to go outside the city centre if needed.
In my past role I have been able to progress and get promoted from bar staff, to team leader then to shift leader in under 18 months. I always strive for perfection and to delivery high quality products in a a short amount of time as well as serving a full capacity pub promptly. As a manager I must lead the team, delegate jobs in a fair way, to help train staff and maintain a professional relationships/ environment.
My role also included de-escalating violent and dangerous situations in a calm and professional manner and to help protect my staff. Previous I work in a residential care home for people with complex mental and physical disabilities, so I am very experienced in handling rapidly changing or extreme situations where I had to put my resident's needs above my own and to support them to live fulfilled lives. I'm also capable of talking through sign language and makaton.
I am also first aid trained and trained to support my residents with seizures and administer medication. I have a full licence with no convictions, but I do not currently have a car.
