Team leader position to a team of 8 operatives and additional agency staff as required.
- To promote Health & Safety in the workplace ensuring correct PPE is worn and processes are followed to enable the safe working of staff and visitors.
- Contractor RAMs, site inductions
- Attend H&S meetings

- Daily Team Start up meetings.
- MHE checks are completed and reported according to H&S policy.
- Conduct new staff inductions
- Conduct risk assessments
- Impose "Safe working procedures"
- Day to day running of the department
- Receipt of inventory and data inputs.
- Despatch deliveries on time in full to meet customer demands
- SAP WMS system

- Supervision of workforce
- Meet deadlines imposed by hierarchy/customer
- Training/review of personnel
- Co-operate with QC /Sales/Internal sites
- Co-operate with Suppliers and Haulage Company
- Control of Goods In deliveries and warehouse stock movements and allocation.
