I am a friendly, reliable and hard-working person who is willing to learn and try new things. I enjoy working with other people and I am keen to develop my confidence, communication and people skills. I have experience working in a care home as a kitchen assistant volunteer and also have experience working with cars.

I am responsible, patient and able to follow instructions. I am now looking for an opportunity where I can learn new skills, gain more work experience and become more confident in the workplace.

Kitchen Assistant – Volunteer at Mont Calm Care Home (2016 – 2019)

• Helped with washing up and general kitchen duties.
• Prepared snacks for the residents.
• Helped keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
• Enjoyed interacting with the elderly residents and making conversation with them.
• This experience helped me become more patient and confident when speaking to people.
• Learned how to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Vehicle Cleaning Assistant at Anytime Motors (2019 – 2021)

• Cleaned and prepared cars to a good standard.
• Helped keep the workplace clean and organised.
• Worked as part of a team and completed jobs as instructed.
• Learned practical skills and developed a good work ethic.
• Enjoyed working around cars and learning about the workplace.
• Left the job in 2021 because of the impact of COVID-19.
