I am twenty-seven years old and currently studying Technical Theatre at Perth UHI. During my work and education I have developed a committed and positive work ethic, striving to add value to a team. I appreciate the importance of being an adaptive and reliable member of staff and endeavor to apply these values in all aspects of my work life.

I have gained knowledge from multiple work and education settings, leading to me being able to adapt to roles as needed. During college term time I hope to gain employment during evenings and weekends. I have more availability during the education holidays, meaning I can provide cover for the busier months of the year on an 'as required' basis.

My duties were split between front of house and working in the kitchen. Due to the small size of the team, I took on the responsibility of the running of the café in the absence of the manager. In this role I learnt the importance of communication and coordination in a team.
