Part-time bartender at a popular countryside wedding venue, working long shifts including closing duties in early hours.

• Serving and pouring a selection of drinks, including draft beers and ales; cleaning, maintaining and restocking station, and accounting for payments.
• Serving multiple hot food courses and pouring wines as table service for wedding dinners and speeches, exhibiting a calm and friendly but professional attitude with precision, not disruption.

• Closing duties for the small-sized bar area and, upon completion, sweeping and mopping of the venue's FOH floor areas, followed by assisting other staff in preparations for the breakfast service and next wedding.
