About

I am a very creative and astute designer and pride myself off my creativity. Studying the fundamentals of design has provided me with a better understanding of my hopeful career path. I have always had an interest in creating and would love to share my skills with others, even possibly designing for customers who will be happy to buy my products.

I find a release in drawing, creating and designing and view it as a natural way to express myself. I believe I have the commitment to excellence that it takes to succeed in the design field.

July 2016- Work Experience, 2 weeks - Past

The project was based on 15 new homes. During my time there I worked on the houses which included installing installation, plastering, electrics, window fitting, brick laying etc. For the second week I was there I shadowed the current Architect working on the site and learned how to draw the plans and scale up a building. I feel like I came away from this experience with a broader understanding of the business and further helped me narrow down the career I would like to pursue in the future.

The Boathouse, Hull, Newland Avenue-Assistant Manager, Trained Mixologist/ Bartender/ Waiter

August 27th 2017- January 1st 2019

During my time at The Boathouse, the business underwent multiple changes in ownership and staff in the short space of just under two years. During that time I developed greatly as a skilled bartender and a competent waiter, my communication and people skills also developed greatly since I took on the job. Within the job I found a passion in mixology and cocktail creations and a love for making enjoyable drinks in general.
