Landscaper / Laborer at WillBee Landscaping (2025-04 – 2025-08)

• General laborer assisting with tasks involving machinery such as dumpers, diggers etc. Engaged in extensive landscaping initiatives, coordinating both soft and hard landscaping elements in various locations.

Chef / Front of House at Oli Bonny Pizza (2024-07 – 2025-04)

Participated in the day-to-day running of the shop, including food preparation, completing food orders and managing multiple supplier orders in a busy and unpredictable trade environment. Often also acting as front of house, kitchen porter and backbar. in charge of taking orders, serving customers food and drink, arranging and coordinating bookings and training / advising our small team of part time front of house staff.

• Starting as a commis chef, gaining experience in independently managing my own station in a busy kitchen environment, gaining communication skills between my colleagues in both back and front of house to ensure a high quality and timely service.
• Managing my own prep list and supplier requirements, maintaining the organization and cleanliness of my section, as well as ensuring the quality of the orders I would complete. Also assisting in deciding and executing dishes to go on the seasonal specials menu.

Bartender / Waiter at The Mesmerist (2022-06 – 2022-12)

General Bartender, tasked with serving both draught drinks and crafting cocktails to order also undertook duties of running and serving food orders to customers. gained experience with simple mixology training allowing me to serve a diverse menu of cocktails efficiently and accurately.

Music Tutor at Bumblefoot Rock Project (2018-07 – 2020-08)

Taught guitar and music to students aged 8-16 with varying abilities. Maintained equipment owned by BRP and repaired students' instruments, which included changing strings, adjusting action, intonation, neck relief, and addressing electrical issues.
