I started working successfully as a freelance audio engineer in 2007. Since then I have moved into Tour
+ Production Management roles which have honed my organisational & leadership skills whilst broadening my capabilities & professional network. My aim is to deliver the highest possible standard of event and audience experience through the development of artistic/brand vision, hard work and sustained working relationships. Having worked globally in numerous roles within the industry I have developed methods and management skills which are applicable across all manner of events.

Kambe Events produces large-scale, sustainable music events. Their flagship is
Shambala Festival. I am responsible for all aspects of tech. production across
25+ stages on a 22k+ capacity, greenfield festival site. Handling everything from budgeting to contracting and on-site delivery. I have also been a key player in helping the company successfully enter the indoor arena events market.
